A body matching Mindi’s description was found in a wooded area near a highway. Three before she went missing, Mindi went to police with allegations that her father molested her in 1982. Her father was a suspect in the murder but was never charged. Mindi was only two years old when her mother was found murdered in a bathtub. Mindi Chambers lived a tragic life and died an equally tragic death. 36 years later, no one has been convicted of committing this mass murder. What they didn’t expect was a gunman shot eight members on board and returned the next day to set the boat – and the evidence – on fire.
